Materials used:

• Bush, Plate, Sheet, Sockets, and Spacers were made from PP-H (German made material)

Highlights:

• Entire segment of 118 nos. (1 set = 118 nos.) was machined fabricated together. Each set consisted of Bush, Plate, Sheet, Sockets, and Spacers for which different machining was required.
• We had to manufacture the component in various segments due to space and transportation issue and later assemble and install all the parts at the desired location. We had sent our experts to the location for post installation training.
• The component was manufactured for one of our customers from the Engineering Industry.
