Materials used:

• Sheets and Welding Rods were made from PP-H (German made material)
• Washers were made from PTFE
• Bolts were SS made

Highlights:

• The drain plate was of dimension: 2000 mm dia. x 50 mm thk. After carefully understanding our customer’s requirements, circular groves with tapper slots were done to drain the liquid.
• The entire plate was tightly fitted on SS metal base plate. Two clamp rings were fitted along the filtration cloth, further which 24 Nos. of SS bolts were also aligned to the plate as per requirement.
• The holes were individually tested for leakage and better performance before dispatch.
