Designed to produce stretch wrap films (using LLDPE, LDPR, and more), PIB compound is a special blend of Polyisobutylene with base polyethylene, active additives and elastomeric olefins. PIB compound becomes quite easy to handle due to its availability in granule form as compared to its liquid form, which is very tedious to handle due to its viscosity.

The high molecular weight Polyisobutylene content in the base polyethylene and matrix achieves the excellent stickiness property in the dry granules. The compound provided by us distributes uniformly on a film giving high strength and self-adhesive properties, eventually increasing its grip. It can be used on either cast line film or blown film line processes.
